🌲 Now Hiring: Lead Preschool Guide at Northwoods Forest School (Pine River, MN)

Northwoods Forest School is seeking a kindhearted, grounded soul to join our little woodland world.

This is more than a job — it’s a calling.

As our Lead Preschool Guide, you’ll spend your days beneath the trees with children ages 3.5–5, offering them the best start in life: play, presence, wonder, and rhythm. You’ll help nurture a space where childhood can unfold gently, where curiosity is honored, and where the seasons guide the learning.

You’ll fill their cups — and your own.

We follow a nature-based, Waldorf-inspired approach with quiet mornings, warm meals, simple stories, and meaningful work. Our days are spent outdoors in all weather, embracing the magic of the forest and the slow joy of childhood.

We provide:

• A peaceful, supportive environment

• Paid training in Nature-Based Teaching & Forest School methods

• All-weather outdoor gear for staff & students

• A thoughtful, child-centered rhythm (not chaos or overstimulation)

• $15-18/hour (DOE) with part-time hours, beginning June 1, 2025
