Forest School Tuition

Northwoods has updated the tuition and registration!! 7/13/23

Registration per student $200

Tuition for the school year $3,240

This is a flat rate, for up to 4 days per week. Attendance can be all four days or as little as two days (minimum attendance is two days per week) tuition remains the same.

This is billed per month at $360 per month.

We provide scholarships of $530 per family, per request.

If you qualify (most families do), your tuition would be $2,710 per year. We would bill monthly at $301.11.

Our second round scholarships are released when our attendance of 15 students is reached, our second round scholarship is capped at $1, 020 per family. Meaning, if we reach our 15 student mark, your tuition will drop significantly - topping out at $1,690 for the year (187.77$ a month for private school education!) The more families served, the lower our tuition can get, so spread the word!

*Priority is given to those seeking full-time enrollment.

"Scholarship" Opportunities

We realize that tuition can be a limiting hurdle that affects many of us here in rural Minnesota.

Northwoods strives to keep fees as reasonable as possible. Even though we realize that sometimes budgets are tight. We fundraise during the summer months, but accept donations year-round. Funds raised go toward sponsoring a student throughout the year.

Those donating a whole year's tuition for a student, or those donating a  "Sponsored Scholarship" (funds directly applied to a specific student), will get a flowering or fruit producing tress/shrub planted in their name at Northwoods - a lasting gift and a lasting impression- just like the one our donors make on a childs' future!

We are humbly grateful to all who  help to make this opportunity happen for children of all abilities. Together we can help them reach their potential at Northwoods Forest School!
